Hi, I’m Katie Greene, together with my husband, Brian, we travel to fairs and festivals mainly in Michigan and Florida providing food concessions. I went to college and received my degree in Finance. I worked in the insurance industry for 2 years but my heart wasn’t in it.
My dad, who has been in the concessions business for 40 years, taught me more about business than college ever could. I used all my savings and decided to buy into the “family” business, food concessions. My grandparents started this business, my father and mother followed suit. I am the third generation in this legacy of amazing fair food crafted with love.
Traveling is fun but what I enjoy most is seeing the smile on someone’s face as they introduce my pizza to their children. They love it too! Taking the time to select the best ingredients yields delicious results.
